Sorry if this has been done to death but I have searched and couldn't find many comments. I have a Z3 2.8 1999

I am replacing the rear subframe & trailing arms etc as part of a 2 year plan to make the car as good as I can

Whilst doing the work I may as well replace springs and shockers thinking of using the following as its a good make and the price is reasonable ish £828
Bilstein B12 - Pro-Kit Suspension Kit 46-189509
Has anyone fitted this? How is the ride? I do not want anything too harsh - just for general road use

Are there any better alternatives?

Had Bilstein B12 suspension kit (Bilstein B8 shocks) fitted to my M44 a couple of years ago now. Perfect for my daily drive. Others have also been well pleased with the kit as I recall.

I've had the same kit on mine for about 5 years now, absolutely superb mate, the stance looks great and corners well. The ride is just fine if all your bushes are in order.
