Hi, what do people choose. I was thinking bilstein b6 but they are 20% firmer than stock and I don't want the ride to be any firmer than stock. Looking for some decent aftermarket options. Thanks

Bilstein always felt too harsh for me. I've always preferred Koni Yellow.

Fitted Bilstein B12 suspension kit (Bilstein B8 dampers) to mine 18 months ago. Like the stance (slight reduction in height). Hard to compare otherwise with stock as OEMs had covered over 100K miles (obviously firmer), but like the flat cornering! :)

Based on some reading I have been doing oem are not available any more from Sachs. Probably from bmw but that will be expensive.

Does anybody here have bilstein b6 with stock springs? If so how is it. Cheers

The OEM Sachs ones are readily available unless you are referring specifically to the sport versions which were discontinued.
Edit... sorry didn't realise i'd strayed into the Z4 area..... i'll get my coat :)
