Replacement hood/roof?

Okay, so I’m sure this is somewhere on the forum, but things change as do options. Where is the latest recommended place to get a replacement roof? Preferably in the South East of England. Preferably somewhere that will do a lined roof as featured in a facelift car.

Bonus points for photos of recent work done to your car.

Jack Smiths, Swansea. £400 all in, completed in half a day.

He just does the outer canvas (& window), so you'll need to already have a lined roof or fit it yourself if you want to come away with a liner

Thanks for the photos. I already have a lined roof, so perhaps he could retain that part when sorting the outer? I’ll drop him a line. Its a long way to go, but for half a day/one night at a Premier Inn, seems reasonable.

I had my z3 roof replaced by Jack Smith in Swansea about 2 years ago and he did a fantastic job. And as has been said before if your original roof has a liner fitted it will still be fitted when they have put your new roof on. They are well worth the trip I drove down from Doncaster and made a weekend of it. Wonderful views and roads down the middle of wales through the mountains.

Another recommendation for Raymonds handy work @Jack Smiths.. My Z3 has a lining already and this was retained.. We made a trip of it and stayed at the local Premier Inn a couple of nights
