Removing old paint on plastic side bonnet vents

What is the best way to remove old paint off the bonnet side vents I have some that need painting and would like to get them back to plastic if possible before starting again ?

Whatever you do don't use products like Nitro Mors or acetones they can melt the plastic.

To be honest with you I think you are creating more work and problems by trying to remove all the paint. I would flat back with a medium wet and dry then use a pre paint degreaser and tack cloths then undercoat with a filler primer flat back and paint.

But I would guess @Sean d would be the best person to advise, he may pop on with some advice :thumbsup:
