As title, a quick guide on how I removed one today. I have read other variations on-line which remove less parts, but this is how I did it today.

Firstly - you don't need to have the door removed to do this job, I just had a 'spare' door!

Door card off - I haven't written up how to do that - but it is quite straight forward.

Remove the 3 30Torx bolts surrounding the latch that are clearly visible.

Remove the 4 10mm bolts that hold the window guides/quarter glass in place.

Remove the front 'quarter glass' with a good wiggle it will lift out.

Remove the main section of glass by sliding forwards off of the runners/guides it sits on.

Under the rubber sealing strip there is another sneaky 30Torx screw, remove this and the mechanism is free.

By removing the glass and the 30Torx screws this part can be removed.

The latch needs to be carefully removed from the door handle mechanism by sliding off gently.

I removed the small 20Torx bit screw to release the internal door open pull, it slide backwards towards this screw and then lifts out, allowing you to undo the pulley/stud that operates the latch from inside without it being bent whilst trying to remove the latch late as patience wears thin!

The plug for the electrics needs to be pushed outwards with a flat bladed screwdriver and then lifted off

With a bit of jiggery pokery it's done.

I hope that helps someone.
