removal of hard top fitting kit?

Hi all, can anyone help in how I can remove a Z3 hard top fitting kit? Not mechanically minded, and a girl, but need to get it off as selling the roof. All your help, with any pics, would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Folks, I've done a quick search and it looks like I've got to strip out all of the plastics surrounding the roll hoops to unbolt my hardtop fitting kit. Anyone done it and know otherwise? If not I'll crack on and start removing the plastics. Tim Update.... All done in about 15mins, no...
