Wanted Red dash

I'm after a red leather dash as per the pic if anyone is selling there's or knows of one.

I may have both leather dash parts up the loft, minus the airbag cover. They used to be black and have been (badly) dyed blue which you may be able to dye red. If your interested then I'll get it down tomorrow and send you some pictures.

Is the leather dash in the picture "dream red" or "Tanin red"? there is quite a difference in shade, you might want to check it out if you are trying to match with sports seats.

They look pretty good in the right car I think, the quality of the covering is questionable though a from what I've read they are notorious for peeling and shrinkage around the edges (like a ginger in July)... It's the glue that's iffy apparently rather than actual leather.

I think the dash I have is tanin red but I am not 100% certain, it looks darker than dream red. As for the peeling and shrinkage I've experience of both. My old one had to have a new speedo cover as the leather shrunk so much it wouldn't cover the pod, yet the new ones I got have just started to peel off. Not much of a problem and requires a bit of effort to get it back to normal but its much easier repairing the peeled type than the ones that have shrunk.
