Recommendations

What about a section for businesses/web sites that you have used and thought worthy of recommendation?

Maybe it could be further split down into sections i.e. mechanical, cosmetic, soft tops/seats recovered, spray shops, etc.

I know I would rather use somewhere recommended if I need something for the 1st time and maybe if you mention it to the business they might be willing to make a charity donation for the mention or if they get follow up business as a result?

Just a thought.... any thoughts from Zorg members :-?

Yes i think you are correct, we have as you probably know, suggested places in the past, where we have purchased itms for the Z`s. Like BMTown,motormec etc, all good stuff. s

Hi all, I don't see an issue with a new section, other than where to put it or how to structure it!

Personal recommendations are great, but obviously not entirely indicative of great service. That said, I took recommendations about an independent garage for servicing and that worked out pretty well.

I add this suggestion to the list of 'things' planned, and have a good think about how we can incorporate it.

Yes I'll agree with that. In fact I need a new stainless steel exhaust for my 2.8. What would you recommend and where from. Anywhere around the East Midlands area.

I like the sound of creating a Database of good / bad experiences. Is there a commercial opportunity to be had by offering a links page / banners (to the good suppliers). The money could always be donated to the MNDA.
