Recommendation in/near London

I'd be grateful to know if anyone has used a reasonable dent removal place or paint shop in or near London.

Also, if anyone has a rough idea what removing a small dent or painting a sill cover should cost that'd be useful info too.

I got quoted £200 to paint both sills and both side panels by bmw but that was as a favour

Tim beard on here has a paint shop he painted Dino d zed and his own Z cobra. Se London Kent border , actually in nuxley village belvedere. Dinos paintwork is superb.
