Rear window needs replacing and windows leak

I was hoping someone could shed some light on the best option for my hood.

I have seen the rear screen replacement from Germany but I also have leaking windows. As in when it rains, I get water dropping onto my shoulder. Is this a problem with the hood or do the windows need adjusting? The driver's window doesn't go down fully without some extra encouragement.

The hood itself is relatively clean but I am open to getting a used one in better condition.

Could just be the rubbers in the roof just need a good clean and a bit of nourishment from Würth Gummi phledge to put them back into Shape.
