It's the black fabric panel on the back of the seat. I've added a picture of the drivers side (left) trim panel. I need the passengers side (right) trim panel.

Unless you're lucky enough to locate a spoiled seat with a good rear panel, you'll likely find you might have to but a complete seat, it could be worth enquiring at BMW to see if there are any left available though?Tony.
