Hi guys thanks for addind to the group i have had my Z3 for 10 years now and i have just had the MOT done and it is failed on the rear off side Trailing Arm and i need to replace it but having difficulty in sourcing one any of you good people any ideas as to where i can get one from maybe best to replace both offside and nearside at the same time many thanks in advance Kevin.

Ebay normally throw a few up but be mindful that the 4cyl and 6cyl models differ. £1500 each new.

I’ve some 1.9 trailing arms, depends if you need pre or post facelift as they are different
Pre have no cross bar
Post have a cross bar which makes an A frame

As far as I know, the post facelift are all the same (4 or 6 cyl) apart from the ///M.
Hopefully that makes your search easier - I think I have a decent pair of facelift ones.

BMW Z3 just had 2 new tyres,new shock absorber, brake pads and battery , at a cost of £495,
just failed mot on suspension arm,
Low mileage for year at 89,700 lots of bills and mot,s service history up to 80,000 all electric seats,hood,windows,great bodywork couple scratches but no rot owned this car for 12 years and not let me down private reg, the car is being sold for spares or repair as i live in spain for 8 months of the year and no time to sort it out my self.

Your zed looks like a sport model it only failed its mot on that 1 arm I would try get it fixed value of vehicle considerably higher with a current mot.

Yeah I have a pair of arms for this shape and so does @spurs fan in a coupe the parts are there if you wanted to fix it up.
