Which manufacturer made OEM rear brake discs on the Z3M?

I know the front euro floating brake rotors is from SHW!

The fronts are floating discs , the rears aren't . As per the OP

No problem. The bell and the disc are actually two separate pieces. The disc "floats" on pegs so that it is able to expand / contract separately from the bell.

Here is a picture of the fronts on a Z3M

Never noticed that about the M, they look quite discreet unlike aftermarket kits that a very obviously floating. Must be a few £££?

I think they cost me about £360 3 years ago. ATE also do the same for £220 albeit without the M marking

No need for the aggressive post mate. I've seen this before about front bumpers
