Me and Graham have reached the end of the work on his Transit Connect Day Van.
Last jobs done today was fitting some slightly longer wheel studs as he's got a set of alloys for it and it was on steel wheels. We did the rear ones last weekend and the front ones today. I found I could access the rear of the drive flange after removing the callipers and disc. Working in the gap between the callipers carrier lugs I could get my air chisel (loaded with a flat ended round punch bit) to set the spline in the drive flange. Took about 40 minutes a side.
Last off we decided to detango the headlights!! They were pretty poor but look much better now.

After we finished I applied a coat of sealer (thanks Sean).
Not perfect but an hour very well spent we thought, big improvement.
