Re placing rubber door seal

The rubber seal that drivers door shuts on to has two holes where someone in the past has caught it with ?, how easy is it ti fir a replacement and does anyone know the part number or maybe Sopers would know

That could cause water to leak in. That happened on my car. I taped it with gaffer tape as a temporary measure.

It's easy to replace as long as you are happy to remove the inner trim plastic. It just needs a sharp tug at either end as it's held on with some hefty clips. The trim is very rigid. Risk of damage low. The part number for all models is

If the price is prohibitive at about £50 I should have a decent secondhand one if you PM me.

I cant find the email either on my system or the Org forum where you asked where the add was for the Z3M forsale and I said Autotrader. there are 3 more there this morning around the same price 2 T reg and one S reg
