That was quite some rant on his part. Not sure how he got to the stage of feeling he needed to type that in a conversation about engine parts, and to a complete stranger as well.

You meet all sorts of wierd people on the Internet sadly, and I've left other forums for lesser reasons than this kind of appalling behaviour.

Good for you Ash, the world needs no people with that kind of thinking! I think if he said something like that in my presence I would have smacked him upside his head and down. We deal with a lot of racism with our Indian population and we in our household are very vocal against it. I, my wife and kids have many close friends who are Native and I think I am the only white person to ever be asked to be Godfather to a child on our reserve. But, that said, racism is a two way street. Sorry for the rant it's something of a passion for me! JIM
 
Wow, and I getaway with so called 'personal attacks' had not thought about using the racist card other than on the sheep s****ers rugby thread.

Sadly the Faux News generation are strong online. Plenty of our US cousins have travelled little and get a poor world view, often though no fault of their own. Just rise above it, and report it when you can.

That's a fact of life in America, I even hate listening to my American relatives talking about either topic. I have to agree with @amancuso on this one. Not as bad in Canada but unfortunetly it seems to be getting worse against Muslims as things unfold overseas. Also against our Aboriginal Indian where racism goes both ways. Racism is not just a white problem. JIM
 
I believe that the moderators removed or deleted that message and perhaps the entire thread.

No one takes any notice of you thats why you get away with it, Cant get upset because someone makes a stupid comment:D.

Who knows what kind of conflict he had with a Romanian gypsy or a Paki or an African laborer?... The problem comes from this globalization and border opening , which people believe is good and a sign of an evolution and civilization.....
But when in poor countries, the President , unable to take care of his voters, say: "it's all we can do for you, find your fortune abroad, it's a free world!" and send desperate people to find a job in a country they barely speak and understand the language, the disaster starts....Tempted by the low restrictions and open mind of the foreign country they easily get in the criminal world of thieves and beggars.....easy money, they think.....and of course the image spread all over the nation and they are all in the same pot...a thing so hard to swallow....but true!:(
It's a popular say, that I can say it , here on NSFW:" if you add a spoon of honey to a barrel of s***, you will still get a barrel of s***, but if you add a spoon of s*** to a barrel of honey , you will get a barrel of s***"!
 
The way I look at it is ......... ;)
We're all here for a reason , what that reason is we will never no ;)
We all come into the world the same way and go out the same way too :)
So nobody is different from anyone else ;)
