Good old Marlin everything the zed isn't.
Noisy, uncomfortable,could be poor build quality , depends who built it,

thinking I could do a donor swap- use a BMW drive line instead of the usual pinto, unless its real old and is using the marina parts
quite a few of them were based on Triumphs or sieras.
don't mind the lack of creature comforts I think just driving it would more than make up for that, and you could always upgrade the interior to suit. now what colour? I quite like this white one, though I would have to change the wheels for spoked wire wheels or go the other way and get some uber modern wheels.

That looks much nicer Brian (didn't have time to read the pages) but I bet the roof, if it has one will look a pigs ear, they usually do. But at least it has a good foundation.

yes it looks good, but not in keeping with the 20s-30s alfa romeo that marlin were copying. suppose they are just moving with the times.
