Does anyone run an 8.5j front rim @ a 38 offset ? If so you have a picture of it fitted to the zed. Trying to judge weather this is just a tad too big.i have an 8j 38 offset on and know its a further 6mm out just wondered if anyone has the fitment. Thanks

I run 8.5 et41 on the front of mine when I have the Breytons on. The fitment is pretty snug and only good as I'm running slightly stretched tyres. Yours would be an extra 3mm further out and might just be acceptable depending on the angle. I wanted to fit some which would be 6mm further out than I have currently, but it was gonna look too odd.

The pictures I have are on my desktop, but there is a thread on here where I tried to work out running the +6mm which has good pics on it.

Going to have to space them 6mm and see if i can live with it the cars low now and the width may cause other issues.

Thanks Dave i think the fit is maybe a tad to much as they will stick out further than yours ok its only 3mm but its pushing the limit. Shame as i think they would look great :(

Agreed. They would look awesome, a timeless wheel design look as good on a Z3 as they do on a more modern bmw. Sorry, I'm really not helping now am I... lol

@Antm72 There could yet be light at the end of the tunnel...

I had 8.5J ET35, with a 5mm spacer on the front of my zed, and they were millimetre perfect on the front of my car, and I mean that! ...without that spacer the wheels would fall foul of the strut.

These did however only fit because they were tucked in a little more due to fitting alongside coilovers, so the camber brought them in a bit.
...and slightly stretched tyres of course, like @GazHyde said!
