You would need to check on your your car to see if you already have the fitting kit but I doubt it, always worth a look though.
The kit you show here in the photo looks BMW to me but I am not sure, as I had a Wiesmann hardtop and fitting kit. I will cut & paste this PM to the forum.

i just recently bought a hard top for my 1999 Z3 and would want to know does it need the kit to attach it as seen in the pic . or no? i guess it s 2 screws in front and the kit i found on eBay>>
