Morning Everyone,Am I wrong in thinking that there is A cap missing on this socket?any suggestions on where to buy one.

If this is an M44 then pic baffling me - code reader socket is other side of engine - see pic below. There are no pins evident in pictured socket.

Yes, they are all (M44) like that. Its not the code reader; likely used if auto transmission is fitted (think but unsure).
