That’s the one. Stuck with it now. Well until it’s running

Shame I took bits off the other one as it’s twice the car but on a 1.9

The 1.9 was just a bog standard car. Sold leather seats door cards. Gear knob and door seals for £150. All I could get

Weren’t heated tho.

New suspension £600 plus that’s stupid money
If you shop around and use German Ebay you can do it for a lot less them £600, even at £600 its cheap as its life saving, your braking distance on knackered shocks is massively effected.

It’s along way off from being on the road. So I’ll just trust them to do the job the best they can

Keep an eye out for Amazon Warehouse deals, I bought Monroe 71470 and 71471 OESpectrum Sensa-Trac Struts last year for $22 each for my 1998 1.9l z3 and it's like driving a total different car. Paid $33 each for the rear shocks. Well worth the money.

Cheers guys. I’m not replacing them. This car could cost twice as much as I paid for it. And I’m not doing that.

If it’s worth a lot less with old suspension when it’s road legal. Then that’s my loss
