Link to the powerflex page below, I would stick with the normal powerflex bushes for everyday driving. You will certainly need items 1 & 2, Item 3 may be just a cheap to pop new OEM drop links in.

Item 1 is the Lower wishbone bush, on you car you will have the standard bush which translates to the powerflex PFF5-301

Item 2 is a little more tricky, you will need to know the thickness of your front Anti Roll Bar. You could try popping your VIN in to RealOEM or BMWfans etc but to be safe just measure it.

Another Brian here. I changed the front wishbone bushes and makes a good difference to the front handling if your existing rubber bushes are the original. I also replaced the drop links and also improves the front end. The old ones didn't look too bad but the top ball joint was very easy to move and the bottom rubber was a bit perished. Easy enough to do the hardest part is getting the old bush off and then out of it's carrier, putting them back together is easy.
I also changed the rear drop links and this improves the rear end stability. The rubber on these was pretty worn and quite a sloppy fit on the roll bar.

Thank you Brian's !! I'm going to get them ordered and have a go over the winter, I did look on YouTube and there are a couple of different ways of removing the old bushes !! Set them on fire and cut them off using a multi tool !!!! I might find a safer way !

I pulled ours off with a hub puller or bearing puller and then carefully cut through the steel outer ring of the bush where it fits in the carrier with a hacksaw and it then falls out. Safer and less toxic than burning things out.
