I’m gonna go see a 1997 Z3 1.9L with 135K miles 5 speed. This vehicle will just be a weekend cruiser for me and my wife so I’m not really concerned about the lack of power. Looking for some opinions as to what this car might be worth, things I should look for when seen the car, etc...

0 accidents on carfax
5 speed
Looks good in pictures (ain’t that always the cases huh..?)
Needs windshield seal according to the seller
Power mirrors don’t work
Passenger seat does not move
A/C works
Ebrake handle button fell inside the handle
New rear tires
No rust California/Florida veh
seller is asking $4500. I plan on shooting low (3K) and work my way up. What would be a good price to purchase this vehicle for assuming the only things that are had are the ones mentioned above ?
