Hi all,

As you all know we do our best here to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. This is more at the front of our minds with the sad news of Kevan (canman) passing away at the weekend.

I'm trying to work out at the moment whether it will be feasible for us to produce a charity calendar this year, with all profits being donated to MNDA. I've spoken to the association, and they are delighted at the idea.

I thought we could try something a little unique with the pricing. I will work out the cost price of the calendar (printing, packaging & postage) + £3.00 minimum donation to MNDA. I would estimate that would mean an A3 landscape calendar would cost in the region of £10 to £12. If you want to make a bigger contribution on top of that, then that would be lovely and entirely at your own discretion.

So the question is - if we produce a Zed themed calendar with all profits to MNDA, would you be prepared to buy one (or more)? I'm looking at a minimum initial print run of 25, but the company I'm thinking of using can print more quite quickly if needed. I'm looking to ship these in plenty of time before Christmas, assuming no unforeseen issues!

Your comments please (positive or negative!).

Gary

OK, will have a look at A4 then. Should certainly make my life easier, and bring down the costs!
