You need a pic? Its obvious what he is looking for. The lid above the subwoofer in between the holes for the roll bars as in below photos.....

Well, its bloody obvious, below, non OEM turret mounted roll bar = Long Lid.
OEM roll bar = Short Lid
OEM roll bar = Short Lid

@Geoff Crispin appreciate the offer - after looking for six weeks (know that isn't a relatively long time) I have decided to fit a new sub woofer and then have the entire top plastic pieces between the roll bars upholstered. May cost a little more than all five of the plastic sourced from various cars but should fix the unsightly problem for good.
