I am doing a run out around the Derbyshire Peaks May 21st May
At the Start Point we will depart with 5 minute intervals.
Group Depart times are as follows.
Group 1. 10:00
Group 4. 10:05
Group 2. 10:10
Group 3. 10:15
I am setting the slightly quicker groups off first to try and prevent backing up.

Starting Point: Alfreton Services Post Code DE55 1HJ 9.30 for 10.00 Depart
Stop Points and Approximate Times.

Eyam car park Postcode S32 5QP 11:45 to 12:15
Fernilee Reservoir Goyte Valley SK17 6GJ 12:30 to 13:00 Depart 13:30
Longnor Parking permitting SK17 0NT 14:30
Wetton Tea Room DE6 2AG 15:30
Carsington Water where we finish and say goodbyes 16:30 to 17:00
All the times are estimated times so we could be at the locations anywhere between 15 minutes to 30 minutes before or after the stated times.
Could EVERYONE please ensure they have a full tank of fuel before we depart the starting point

Depending on numbers will depend on how many groups are run for this.
THIS WILL BE EITHER A BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH FOR A PICNIC OR PURCHASING FOOD ALONG THE ROUTE
I will be doing a recce to source a lunch spot but i am factoring stops at Speedwell Cavern, Lognor and Wetton Tea Rooms so we will be taking in the Obligatory Tunnel. The starting point will be Alfreton Services just off the A38 and ending at Carsington Water for our final chat and goodbyes. The type of drive will depend on numbers ie if there is only the one group then it will be run at the slowest drivers pace but if there are 2 or more groups then there will be a Drivers Focused Group and the other Groups will drive at either the Lead Cars pace or the slowest drivers pace.
I know a few may be put off because of the way i like to drive but be assured you will not be asked to do any driving you are not comfortable with and you will be able to drive at your own pace.

If everyone lets me know what dates suit them then i will try and arrange around them. Obviously i will be avoiding Bank Holidays so we are looking at either the 7th, 14th or 21st

If we go to more than 1 group then i would like volunteers to lead and also members to be back markers. I will supply the Itn and Gpx Files nearer the date and also a written itn file with all stops will be issued on the day. Hey this one might actually be an organised trip out by me
