Well with the weather today it would have been criminal to leave T86 KJF on the drive so I took my 10 year old son for a run as he didn't fancy going strawberry picking with the girls.
So we made some sandwiches, applied the sun cream and set off for a trip round the Peak District.
We went out through Hathersage did Winnats Pass, Cat & Fiddle & Goyt Valley - a lovely 110 mile run but despite there being a lot of people out the trip was unfortunately Zedless.
At least we both got back to a bowl of strawberries and various comments regarding the colour of our foreheads - lovely stuff.
