Passenger wiper arm removal

Lovely sunny day, perfect for taking off the front scuttle and doing the drainage thingy.
Only I cannot get the passenger wiper arm off.
Any tips ?? I know its an old one but any help appreciated

WD 40 and leverage/puller is the only way.

Left silicone releasing oil on for an hour, arm just popped off by hand....Bloody amazed
