Parts interpretation request

Hi, Can someone please assist with the parts interpretation for me?

I want the small o rings that go on the oil filter thingo and when I drill down in part number 5 both of the items seem to fit my 2001 2.2i M54 engine. Doesn't make sense to me. There are some numbers i have circled but i don't know what they mean. Thanks.

I think that part 001 was the original part number but from 2011 they are using the 573 part number. They are in fact exactly the same. Correct? I still don't know what the circled numbers mean though.

The circled numbers are the dimensions and they both say the same thing but written slightly different.
