Part identifcation

What hose comes off (into) the main MAF boot? it appears to connect with item 5 of the MAF diagram (https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showparts?id=CH71-EUR-01-1997-Z3-BMW-Z3_19&diagId=13_0418). Someone on the FB Z3 group said it was the PCV hose? TIA.

Trying to figure out exactly which bit you are referring to, but putting the part number for #5 in to ebay gives the following Idle Air Control Valve Hose.

Right, so that bit (#5)... one end goes into the MAF Boot, but what is the part# for the hose that goes on the other end of that bit?

I think you mean the hose that feeds the `spider' on the injector system

Sorry about delayed response - have not been on-line all week. That's the one but I don't understand the NBR or TLEV either. Are you trying to replace a damaged or a missing hose connection. If damaged - do you have a photo of original?

No worries, thanks for the help. I will know more about the #15 hose's condition this weekend when my new MAF boot and the #5 bit have arrived and I go to install them. I'll take pictures of the #18 hose. Thanks again!
