So I have a ABS/DSC/Brake fault intermittent for some time. Normally doesn't put a fault on my code reader but has today. Speed sensor A.
I'd presume this is probably a sensor fault and will test for continuity tomorrow.
But could this be something else like the ABS module?
Thanks

Yes it could be the module, mine reported the speed sensor at fault, i tried replacing it at first but it was still an issue.
Resolved with a new module and a recode.

Hopefully its an easier job! Modules bolt off at least mine did and i replaced it for onw with an identical part number. It instantly turned out the ABS Fault light but it needs coding as the abs does not function.
I found an indy and they coded it for £20.
The module cost me £50 From Quarry Motors:thumbsup:

My probes aren't long enough to get to the pins on the sensors. I'll have to order some extensions.
Its not like the cars going anywhere for a while anyway....
