Wanted Owners manual

@GazHyde may have had one for his old zed but it may have gone with the car when he sold it for scrap to @spurs fan in a coupe so try giving either of them a bell you maybe in luck and one of them still has it.

Where are you from Richard and what exactly have you got obviously a 2.0 Z3 but what colour combo etc. Some pictures would be nice to see.

Welcome by the way, hopefully Gary will be along soon and answer your query. :welcome:

Beat me to it Gary :)

Hi Gary do you have a link for the 2 litre model.
Regards Richard
As far as I know its a generic manual. Is there a specific bit of information you are after?

Hi Gary,
I have just returned from the local BMW main agent who have been able to order me one, I just hope it is the correct manual & I was quite amazed to be told by them that the model I have was only manufactured between October 1999 & June 2000 & this was why I was having problems getting the correct one.
I have also found out that I have an electric soft top ( not working yet ) , I was aware the central locking had a problem, which needed a fuse , & there is a problem with the immobiliser that I have a feeling that this is something to do with the roof as the fuse blows if you try to use the electric roof ( the light for the immobiliser & the switches for the roof are next to each other between the seat.
Sorry if I am going on a bit but I'm thrilled with the car.
Regards Richard

Hi Richard,

Glad you got one sorted. The 2.0 was a short production run and was replaced by the 2.2. My first Z3 was a 2.0, and it's a superb smooth engine!

Most Zeds have niggles, and you seem to have completed the check list for obvious issues. Good news is that we probably know how to get them all fixed up, and then you can really enjoy the car!

Just shout as and when you need us...

Gary
