Good weather was forecast so we arranged to meet new member @Craig Machin, @Bozzy and @Mrs. Bozzy for a coffee/chat/run out. We met at Uttoxeter as arranged, but unfortunately Craig's plans changed so it was only us and the Bozzy's who went for a drive. A combination of single track and faster flowing roads made for an enjoyable day out. 125 glorious miles in total for us, we were out all day and the roofs were down all the time:thumbsup:. Spring has definitely sprung. We had great day and we are looking forward to the next one already

Good to meet newbie @Craig Machin this morning with his very tidy 1.9.
Thanks Dave and Pauline for putting together that absolutely brilliant route today.
Luckily not much traffic, horse riders or lycra louts about today which gave us chance to stretch the legs on the zeds :coolsteer).
Had to redline it in 2nd gear to keep up with Dave's 3.0, sounded nice though :).

@Grumps there was no sign of cow poop until the last stop

You can just see it on the tarmac by my front wheel. Wouldn't be a @Mint cruise without some of the smelly stuff .

Looks like you had a great time and the weather helped. I was out in parts of the peaks today and went through Uttoxeter to Ashbourne onto Bakewell then Tideswell about 4-5 hrs in total and didn't manage to see one Z3 or Z4 on the road unfortunately. I did get lost at one stage so that did not help :(

Give me a shout if you plan any more run outs with members in Staffs/Derbyshire in the future and you dont mind me tagging along, would be nice to meet up with a few of you. Cheers Alan

It's about bloody time you did a run with poop! Bain of my life it is! It's still stuck to the underside of my sills for last year!
Joking apart pleased you all had a good day. I was busy looking after mothers.

Pleased to hear you avoided any farm yards
I was going to say it looks like the route has changed, not a turd splatter up the cars anywhere :whistle:
