Hi all, after my mornings post on the Oulton park meet this year. I have found a great day out for all.its the gold cup day.30th August. Bank holiday weekend. The Sunday if anyone maybe interested please go to Oulton park website.loads to see and do and spectator racing on the day.i know the area well. Depending on how many could attend we could try a find a small area.if not just a little communication to meet.introduce/tips/advice etc.when we are there. It’s just an idea I had as a new member.if you don’t have anything on it might just make your day. Thanks mat.

Oulton park is only 25 mins away so will look forward to that one are you going to the zfest in August ?

Yes I’m booked on the z fest my 1st one. How about you your 1st.? My z3 was on eBay for £850 3 years ago. P reg done 140,000 with no history, off a guy who worked as a grounds man at chomondley castle. When I picked it up he had replaced the front discs and wishbones.£400. Couldn’t believe it.but love pottering on jobs a learning stuff as parts needs replacing. It runs well. I probably spent around £700 on it. Front bumper respray. New door/passenger as it was proper dented. Better stereo. Rear bushes. Serviced it.oil air fuel filter .spark plugs.alloy refurb myself to save money. It keeps me out of mischief. Between my shift work/wife /kids /and dog. Kept in the garage.as it made me sort it.How long have you owned yours, and have you done much to it.!

Hi Matt yeah first one for me too, thought if there’s a few of us from our area going we could drive up in convoy ? Had my z 2 years now done quite a bit of work on it in that time main thing I had done was the hood it’s booked in for 2 wings and a bonnet re spray in April finally getting rid of the stone chips

Hi , yes front end seems to get a battering for chips. Being so low I suppose. Convoy a good idea. It will be the longest mine would have done mileage wise. As only potter about in it.good idea we could sort near the time.
