You can get new OEM ones on eBay for about £12 delivered..main dealers about the same price. A second hand one is likely to be in the same condition as yours.
edit - the pre and post facelift ones are different so make sure you get the right one

Ok and thanks for the guidanceNo that looks like they all do. If yours is a facelift then get the facelift one. They fit flatter than they look in the diagram to be honest

Yeah I would agree pre face-lift have narrow ( 4cyl) and wide body ( 6cyl) but all face-lift are same.
Face-lift body is in-between narrow and wide body
Like already said if yours is a face-lift get face-lift grommet pictures on real oem a guide but part numbers should be ok
