Stopped over near Sedgefield in a Travel Lodge visiting relatives, A66 from home to finish for an Italian Tune (slipstreaming an i7 and a 5 Series) to blow out any carbon

Came back the scenic route;

Sedgefield to Middleton-in-Teesdale
Middleton-in-Teesdale to Alston
Alston to Hartside Pass
Hartside Pass to Kendal (A6)
Kendal to Windermere
Windermere to Ambleside
Ambleside to Keswick then home.

Roof down 100% there and back and epic roads and scenery

In other news, me, my sisters and brother-in-law took my Old Man on a one way trip to the Charlton Athletic Football Club. Ashes spread in the small memorial garden that overlooks the pitch so he can now watch every home game.

Had a wander around Covent Garden for lunch

I've got the chance to drive a steam train next month, so my dad will be there with me for part of the ride. By the time we get to the end he'll have been blown out of the smokestack all over Leicestershire. He'sd have preferred Southern Region, but beggars can't be choosers .
