Well I have now sold my Z3 2.2 but I have replaced it with a couple of other cars.
This will be on it's way very soon
I am having a TR5 nut and bolt restored and while having a progress look I couldn't resist buying another car at the garage, so I now have two Triumph TRs
See if you can see the difference.
Car 1
Car 2
This one also has the hard top insert for the Surrey top (if you thought Z3 hard tops were expensive, think again!)
The difference between the the two is roughly £40k.
Car 1 is the TR5 and car two is a TR4A, both made in 1967. the only real difference between them is that the TR4A has a 4 cylinder 2.13l twin carb engine and the TR5 a six cylinder 2.5l petrol injection one.
TR4A
TR5
I'm afraid that the TR5 will be a bit of a garage queen coming out for concours shows and events, the TR4A will be the one that takes the place of the Z3.
