Oils type

Hello Z community!


I would be happy to receive your help regarding the various oils in the car.

I own a Z3 2001 3.0i manual gear.

Except for engine oil, the previous owner had never replaced other oils. The vehicle stands at 370,000 kilometers.

As far as I understand, I have to replace:
Gear Oil
Steering wheel oil
Differential oil

My questions are:

What type / manufacturer of oils is highly recommended for each of the above?

What are the quantities for each of the above?

Are there any other oils I need to replace?
