You don't see a Russian Aircraft carrier pass by your desk every day.....

That's a bit close. I've been watching the news about this and it says we're sending a destroyer to shadow the Russian convoy through the English Channel.
With all the Forces cuts over the last 20yrs or so we only have 6 destroyers in total and only a few weeks ago, all 6 were in Pompey dockyard having work done.
We really need to up our game a bit

They say in the news that the 30 year old Russian aircraft carrier is a rust bucket.
This is antiquated warfare, we need more Tridents.
Probably a couple of them down there all ready.
