Not at all, the wheels are Alpina, but the car certainly isn't, and has no Alpina badges. You didn't read my post properly did you. I have no problem with ///M style wheels on a non ///M Zed.

Just ///M badges on cars that aren't proper ///M. That's as bad as putting a pair of socks down the front of your underpants!

I remember once I was going out to some posh dinner dance thing and as I was getting ready after coming out of the shower and wandering around in my underpants looking for my clothes that Sarah had hidden I found my socks and put them down my pants as a temporary storage solution. That evening I was feeling particularly confident and proud ,unaware, until a call of nature revealed the source of my assurance . Since then I have never left the house without my spare socks.Im not knocking anyone's M badge :)

I don't mind admitting I need all the help I can get. That's why I have a car with a big engine and a long bonnet. On that assumption I can sent you a pair of my old socks

It's not how long your bonnet is, it's what you have under it and what you do with it.

I'll have a pair Hugh, just put them in the Glove box of either car with the V5 export to: filled in with a bill for the socks, take to shipyard of your choice and I'll take it from there. JIM

And you were going so well.....but now you've put the thought in my head that you might not of been supporting Wales, but I can forgive you..........IF you sing the Welsh national anthem,

I wasn't Supporting any country, I was holding out to see which one was going to offer me the best deal on a car. You're the first but I'm sure now that it's out in public the offers will make it hard for me to find time to even check in here as I sort through them all. Your advantage is definitely the socks. As for the Welsh Anthem, you'll need to send me a voice mail of you singing it. Shouldn't take too long to learn as I can practice while I check out the other offers. I'm always up for learning new things so I eagerly wait for your rendition to reach me. What colour socks will I expect? JIM

Gentlemen please a small request as I've moved all these posts from an introduction thread.

I know it's difficult to read when you are giggling hard to yourself at what you are about to post next, but please look at the thread description before doing so. I know the Internet is a cold empty place until your next witty comment, but there are plenty of other threads available for your stand up routines.

Carry on.

It's so difficult to stay on topic sometimes! The biggest problem is we find ourselves so funny
