BUT on the bright side they live in Brittany,France And we'r going in the Zed :D
The car is polished and show room shiny inside and out (i'm knackered now !)
Don't know how long it will stay clean though....it's forecast rain for tomorrow :grumpy:
We'r going from Plymouth on the 8a.m ferry tomorrow so it's an early start and a 5 hour drive to get there, but luckily the zed has cruise control, great on motor ways and it's the first car i've had with this on it.
6 hour crossing to Roscoff but then only an hour and a half to the outlaws....i mean inlaws...Sara's looking :p.
Some great quiet roads over there to enjoy and it's the first time we'll have been abroad with the zed, can't wait .
We'r going southwards to the Loire Valley area on Thursday for 4 nights, there's some Roman gladiator reinactment thing going on,looks quite good from what we've seen and Sara has a soft spot for muscly men in skirts =))....and kilts...and no i don't indulge her at the weekends !...I don't have the legs for it =)).

Are you going to the "pay du fu"? That's a theme park full of fighting type doods, we didn't go although we were very close in July but it's supposed to be superb. I'm soooooo jealous, we adore France and love the Vendee/Loire region. Enjoy yourselves and it'll be all the better for being in the Zed.

Lol! Your OK mate, save your money for the pay du fu! It's a small mortgage to get in. My brother went last year with the kids and reckoned it was fantastic. I'd be back there tomorrow if pennies allowed it. :(

Where abouts are you staying?
Staying with the in-laws there place is lovely and there's a little gite there for visitors, till Thursday then off with them to the lodge which is on a camp site near the Pay Du Fu,apparently you can get a train from there to the event, just a short ride away.
