Off set

Hi, as I'm about to replace my wheels (after Xmas) what is the optimum Off set for a 16 inch wheel using
225/50/16 tyres. Has anyone used Michelin Primacy 3's and if so any opinions.
Looking at putting on Wolfrace Eurosport Assassin with 42mm off set.

41 off set is standard zed so 42 is 1mm further in not really any issues but they may take anything upto a 20mm rear spacer to look fitted
