Great for keeping warm and keeping out the wind on a run, just fold down when you have the hood up.

Comes with a little picture of a Z3 to tell you which way it should fit. ;)

PM me if you want it.

Hi
Is this for a Z3 without roll over hoops?
If it is what's the measurement between the pins please?
My locating holes are 700mm apart.
Some are 750mm.
Thanks
David

Hi David,

As far a I was aware there was only one size OEM BMW windblocker for the Z3, which is what I have for sale it's @ 750mm centre to centre on the pins.

As shown in the pictures it's for non roll hooped cars, the original oem BMW brackets which bolt inside the rear console are also included.

Interesting, my locating holes are 700mm center to center.
Will the fixing brackets once fitted allow the extra width for the wind deflector to be fitted?

Nothing is ever easy, There are 3 different sizes i have a series 1 that fits in the hoop turrets the other two fit through holes drilled through the plastics at 700 or 750. Unfortunately the one i have is for sale but no mountings (i used slotted bar and fixed to the roll hoop mounts.

It would fit but would need some form of fabrication for the brackets.

Talk about a thread hijack! Lol!

The brackets are the originals for the windblocker kit these allow you to fit the BMW wind blocker that I'm selling . So yes they allow you to fit the windblocker.

Sorry I don't, this is the part number from the one I've just sold. You could try and divine it from Real OEM by putting in a earlier Z3 as mine was the last version according to Real OEM.

Your best bet is to do a shout out to 700mm owners and ask for their part No.s. You'll then be able to cross reference the number to get all the numbers that BMW used for that part i.e. for mine:
82159415972
82159407972
(06/30/1997 — 10/07/2013), Exchangeable retrospectively
82159405054
(12/30/1995 — 09/16/1997)
It seems to call mine version 2 not sure whether that means version 2 or version 2 of 2 if you know what I mean.

The number you are looking for could be 82159405054 which ended in 97 though I cant be sure.
