When the car has been sitting in the sun for most of the day the electric hood doesn’t operate.

Once the temperature has dropped the hood operates.

any ideas?

Thanks

Micro switch on the N/S (I think) of the roof frame.

If the power hood does fail, is there a way of lowering the roof manually?

Thanks a lot.

IIRC there is a tap on the pump you can open to release hydraulic pressure which makes the roof manually operable.

can someone help please, the electric hood comes up to the windscreen absolutely fine, but when putting it down, the section that connects to the wind screen (the top quarter of the hood) does not fully fold, but rest does. Now I've loosened the tap to operate manually. BUT, this is bugging me somewhat. Can someone shed some light please
