Hey guys haven't started my Z3 for a while, normally in my other cars if this is the case I remove the efi fuse and start until the oil light goes out, to ensure that the oil galleries are well lubricated prior to firing it up.

I was wondering if someone might be able to help me with where an efi fuse is on a 1998 Z3 1.9 model. (jap import) if it makes any difference.

Thank you!

If you remove the fuse box lid, all the fuses are listed on the inside of the lid. I remove the two for the petrol pump number 13 and 18 if I remember correctly. I have a 2.8 but I’m sure they will be the same?

Ok thanks for that info. I will have a look under there the next time I am with the car.

And you can drop some oil directly from the top cap inside. 100ml will do no harm.
