No Zeds in Celebration !

I didn't spot any Zeds in Celebration on Thursday evening but I did see this little beauty.

Had just been to Killwin's for an after dinner ice cream and Xander's playing in the water splash park.

People might remember last year on the New Forest run we all passed one that was broken down with its little 1.4 engine....

They're a concept put into production. Pushing the technology boundaries.
The front looks far better than the rear.
They're odd how they turn from a silent express to a squealing banshee as the tiny engine cuts in though.

As soon as you put your hand in your pocket your going to be ripped off. Think one of our neighbours is about to find that out. He's just bought an Aston Martin Vantage. Gorgeous car. Not so cheap to run I suspect.

If you can't afford to run a car, well, you just can't afford it full stop. As for a GT40, I stood next to one the following evening at Old Town, I don't see how you can compare the two, I'd take the i8 every time.

My brother bought an Aston a couple of years ago, money pit.
Before that he had a Lotus Evora, Toyota engine bulletproof, not the electrics though, money pit.
Before that, 2 Audi TT cabrios that went seriously wrong when just out of warranty, yep, you guessed it....

I can't say I'm a big fan of the styling but that's objective .but I like so much about this car.F1 engines are only 1.6 litre but have a limited life span .With the tec in and innovation in this you can call it a "super car", I'm with Tony I'll take it over the Ford
