No Tax Disc

Well, I've just re-taxed my car for how ever long the weather holds out. Maybe for 2 months or maybe longer. I don't have to use it through the winter now but I have in the past.
One thing will feel strange though, after Wednesday, driving without a tax disc in the windscreen after 41 years will take a bit of getting used to.
How long before the VW gets the cobwebs blown off?:)
 
I expect a lot of people will leave the old tax disc in for a while , they will just forget to take it out as it's always been their , I'm taking mine out tuesday night when I finish work ( will put a piece of paper in the car to remind me ) when I go out in the car wednesday I'm going to look to see how many cars still display their discs ;)

I will still have to display my work sticker :(
Would be lovely to have a clear screen , but if I took that off as well , I'd get a parking ticket :(
I just know I'd forget to put it on the screen when I went into work , maybe I'm getting old and forgetful =))

was going to take mine out but decided to leave it in and use it to put car parking tickets in to save losing down the front of the dash
 
I've just removed my tax disc , ;)
Hope Alan don't need the Z tonight =))
Will feel weird not having the disc in the car , :p

Took my disc out now just in case I'm in a rush tomorrow , don't want to forget and look like a numpty ;)
 
Just need some of the ZRoadster replacements getting ready.
 
Thinking of putting mine up for auction on e bay but don't know how much to ask for it..:tumbleweed:.....any idea's?
 
Just trying to SORN daughters car but I think the site has crashed.
