The seatbelts on my car do not fully retract when you release them, I have to manualy feed them back. Is there a way to re-tension them in some way?
Thank you Tony. I will give that a go.The best thing to do Paul, is to give the webbing a wash with warm to hot water and a gentle soap. Then dry them well, and lastly a liberal spraying of Silicone spray while working the belts out and in.
Tony.
ps, They get slow to retract due to dirt and other things on them making the coils of webbing stick together, such as hairspray and make up (usually on ladies cars)
Ooh good idea TonySaturday job?
