Hi, just joined the forum! I own a 2001 1.9 z3 sport in silver. Had the car approx 2 and a half years now, and it's a superb car. I'm just in the process of relocating from West Yorkshire Upto Dumfries and Galloway. The scenery up there is excellent and hopefully my insurance premium will be cheaper too!
For anybody wondering my username trumpetman doesn't refer to an instrument I play, but I'm a motorcycle enthusiast too and own a nice triumph bonneville!
Happy days!

Thanks for all the replies!
My bonny is a 2016 "newchurch" model. I did own a 1977 t140v about 10 years ago,it looked great, but just didn't go as well as it looked, and oil leaks everywhere, wet sumping and the like.
I"ve had to say the futures modern, and I don't have to fix it when I get back from riding it.

I'm approx 8 miles south west of castle Douglas just off the a711.
We are in Maybole just a couple of miles from the coast.
Drive down your way quite a bit in the zed as round the Galloway forrest and out towards Clatteringshaws loch really nice run with some 1st class scenery ( when it aint raining).
Need to get a meet up once your settled in to your new home
Stephen.

Welcome from central Canada! I'd love another Triuph as my first was a 63, but as you say"leaks everywhere" so now have a 99 Honda Aero that has sat to long while I've been suffering PTSD. Stay upright, JIM
