Newbie to z3

Hi all got my first z3 for abit of project,can any of you help have very strange coolant fault.i have fit new radiator water pump thermostat and changed head gasket..head pressure tested etc..I have bled this thing up every way possible,but will run get up to temp fan kicks in etc (doesn't overheat)but will start throwing water out of cap take cap off it's like there's air in there boils over if you like..the car has the m43 engine any help would be great many thanks lee

Yeah done all that just doesn't want to play ball,heard the cat could be blocked causing problem ?

Get a new cap had a similar issue at one point turned out to be the cap not expensive then rules that out.

Hi Lee, welcome from me near Lincoln. A blocked Cat could cause some running issues but cooling system would not be affected.
